Goose Point Estates is a private waterfront community of 42 homes located on Kent 

Island, Stevensville, Maryland. Kent Island is the largest island in the Chesapeake Bay.

The island is located at the eastern end of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and is connected to the 

Eastern Shore by the Kent Narrows Bridge. The community was developed on the land

owned by the Sullivan Family Farm in the late 1970’s.
